Does this change how I use Bookeo?+
No. GuideOS talks to your existing Bookeo account through their official API. Bookings still come in through Bookeo exactly like today — GuideOS just makes closing and opening dates a one-tap job.
Can my guides see each other's trips?+
No. Each guide's link only shows their own tour. They can't view or touch another guide's bookings or dates. Only the director link sees everything.
What does blocking a day actually do?+
It closes every seat on that tour for that day in Bookeo, so customers can't book it. Reopen it any time with another tap.
Do I need to install an app?+
No app store needed. It runs in the browser and guides can add it to their home screen in one tap — it opens full-screen like a real app.
