Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GuideOS (the "Service"), a booking-calendar tool operated by Garzilla Guide Service ("GuideOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What GuideOS does

GuideOS connects to your Bookeo account through Bookeo's official API to let you and your guides open and close (block and unblock) dates and view your own bookings. GuideOS is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bookeo.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login and any guide links and codes secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You are responsible for having the right to connect the Bookeo account you link and to use the data it contains.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start or continue a paid plan.
• After the trial, unless you cancel, your selected plan begins and your payment method is charged on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Plans and prices are shown at sign-up and in your dashboard. We may change prices; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice and the change will apply to your next billing cycle.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bookeo's or Stripe's terms;
• Access data belonging to guides, tours, or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as your own guides using guide links.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your data, including your Bookeo content and booking information. You grant us permission to access, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Bookeo (calendar data), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and database providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those services. Changes they make may affect how GuideOS works.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blocking or unblocking a date depends on Bookeo's systems accepting the change. You are responsible for confirming that critical date changes took effect in Bookeo.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or prevent double-bookings, missed bookings, or scheduling errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideOS and Garzilla Guide Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or bookings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to our systems.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
